Job Requirements

  • Manage business development pipeline, including new and ongoing brands by building strong client relationships to ensure that the account performs and grows to its maximum potential
  • Create and maintain partnership materials including slide decks, collecterals, performance metrics and value adds.
  • Support the partnerships manager in developing brand partnership activities,create and maintain partnership materials including slide decks, collecterals, performance metrics and value adds.
  • Build a strong client relationship to ensure accounts perform and grow to their maximum potential
  • Develop a working relationship with the relevant support departments e.g. Operations, to ensure they are kept up to date with all issues relating to customers. All non-sales activities or diversionary activities could be supported by support functions.
  • Provide timely and responsive feedback to department heads and local teams on sales performance, market insights, and any issues from first contact with clients to full onboarding of clients
  • Report on brand performance on an SKU and category level


Education & Skills Required

  • Diploma/Degree in any related field.
  • 0 – 2 years of experience.
  • Preferred experience in: Key account management, partnerships, sales


  • Lead the overall demand and supply plan and ensure that the forecast is accurate at all times and regularly review and update the forecast to reflect any changes.
  • Identify and implement improvements to increase demand forecast accuracy. This may include developing new forecasting methodologies or tools, improving data accuracy and completeness, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and incorporate relevant data and insights.
  • Collaborate with the various strategic and commercial teams by providing insight on an overall supply chain planning perspective and working with the team to develop and execute strategies to optimize inventory levels and mitigate risk.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers. This includes negotiating contracts and pricing, managing supplier performance and quality, and resolving any issues or disputes that may arise.

Education & Skills Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
  • 1-3 years in relevant role
  • Preferred experience in: Logistics, FMCG Supply Chain, Operations

Drive Marketing Campaigns & Strategies

  • Define and support overall Brand & Marketing integrated strategy together with the regional marketing team.
  • Responsible for coherent and consistent brand image across all retail touch points in our store customers physical stores.
  • Ensure efficient use of assigned budget to deliver maximum Brand Amplification.
  • Drive meaningful Campaigns/Partnerships/Tie-ups/Promotions to enhance brand relevancy and strengthen brand and customer engagement

Perform Social Media Activities/Performance Marketing

  • Plan social media calendar and content for target audience.
  • Maintains the official social media accounts.
  • Assist in the creation of digital and social content, read and comprehend key metrics for digital analysis and reports.


  • 0 – 3 years of experience
  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, communications or social science is a plus
  • Digital and Social media marketing: experience in social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Tiktok.


  • Identify and execute continuous improvement initiatives to enhance provision of services by reviewing and revising operational processes, policies, standard operating procedures and work instructions and introduce key improvement plans for execution.
  • Supporting and ensuring smooth execution of daily operational activities across multiple locations.
  • Design and implement process improvements to optimize operational and commercial capabilities.


  1. Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  2. Preferable working experience in: Consulting, Audit, Financial controls, Logistics, FMCG supply chain, Operations. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  3. Able to work in a fast paced environment, solving problems within timelines.


  • Work with leadership from our Sales, Operations and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration between departments. Perform reporting and develop reports as required for Sales & leadership.
  • Monitoring and analyzing operational performance of stations nationwide, providing accurate quantitative and qualitative data for leadership and senior management.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across Sales & Operations to provide analytical support and reporting for both internal use and for our key partners/principles.


  1. Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  2. Preferred experience in Consulting, FMCG supply chain, Operations and Merchandiser.
  3. Able to work in a fast paced environment, solving problems within timelines.


  • Planning category levels and deciding which categories to focus on
  • Deciding on new SKUs to launch and coming up with launch plans
  • Analysing margin levels for SKUs to fit our business requirements
  • Supporting the team in pricing strategy


  • 3+ years of experience.
  • Preferred experience in: FMCG, General Trade, Retail, Modern Trade, Sales
  • The candidate will be based in Ho Chi Minh but should be comfortable traveling to the Mekong Delta from time.
  • English language preferred but not compulsory
